< ROLE >
Anyone working within Business Intelligence is integral in developing the vision and overall rationale of a company. A Business Intelligence Associate will work with various teams within the company to establish priorities and manage expectations with regards to the collection, review and deployment of data. This data is crucial to determining response methods to company performance or external trends that may affect the company.
< DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES >
Working with the IT Team to launch new hardware and software
Creating policies and procedures regarding collating and analyzing data
Critically evaluating and screening data, plus profiling to identify any issues
Developing new data analysis processes
Assessing analytics on an ongoing basis
Overseeing the data warehouse, including the collection and utilization of all data
Extending knowledge of Business Intelligence to provide ongoing refinement of processes to improve operations
Facilitate the definition of user requirements with the business
Contribute to the day-to-day efficiency of business operations by giving solutions to day-to-day problems as far as systems and procedures are concerned, drafting and drawing up applicable current procedures and operational control documents
Contribute to system implementations by analyzing and specifying requirements for new systems, proposing plans for a consistent use of systems between sites & users in order to get processes adapted appropriately
Ensure that project deliverables are aligned with other IT projects, assist UAT user test cases, manage testing, and update project status
< JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS >
A minimum Bachelor Degree in one or more of the following subjects:
Business
Business Intelligence
Finance
Information Technology
