Retail Account Manager
< ROLE >
The predominant role of a Retail Account Manager [RAM] is that of a “client-facing” nature. Moreover, as a social networking role (both internally and externally) within the Sales & Marketing department, the Retail Account Manager [RAM] represents the liaison between the company and all existing and/or potential clients & customers — effectively, the “face” of the corporate brand.
< DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES >
Servicing customers in the dedicated retail chain accounts with regards to their needs and requests
Transfer of knowledge and communication of key messages from customers/users
Sharing of market intelligence in assigned accounts
Develop product sell-through strategies and market new product launches
Product lifecycle management in assigned accounts
New account acquisition & development
Existing account penetration
Drive Mobile/Wireless & Internet brand experience through assigned retail channel
Selling of Company’s products & services using product, organizational and customer knowledge to influence and assist customers/users in applying the products & services to their needs and requests, resulting in revenue generation, profitable sales and case growth objectives within the specified area or region
< JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS >
A minimum Bachelor Degree in one or more of the following subjects:
Business
Business Intelligence
Finance
Information Technology
Computer Science
Engineering
Mathematics
Physics

Retail Sales Manager
< ROLE >
The predominant role of a Retail Sales Manager [RSM] is that of a “client-facing” nature. Moreover, as relatively senior role within the Sales & Marketing department, the Retail Sales Manager [RSM] must demonstrate leadership, guidance and management of the other Retail Account Managers [RAM] within the organization.
< DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES >
All standard duties & responsibilities relevant to a Retail Account Manager [RAM], with the following “Additional Responsibilities” pertaining specifically to the more senior role:
Identification & development of high potential accounts, and effectively position and market Company as a “Value-Creating” supplier and business partner
Development, communication and execution of retail sales growth strategy and marketing & sales plan to expand Company’s geographic presence and market share in order to ultimately make its products & services a premier global brand
Leadership and directing of other Retail Account Managers [RAM] with regards to opportunities in acquisition & development of new accounts and penetration of existing accounts
